Interesting stuff, Raymond. I was not aware of NAFTA/CH11. I see little good coming from it, and note that some US companies seem perfectly willing to exploit its terms as well. Has there been any move to repeal or modify the terms of Chapter 11?

And, how do we lay the blame on Enron? (just kidding!)

Raymond, my respect for your opinion has grown.

"The controversy surrounding MTBE (Methanex's only product) relates to its detection in water resources, which results from gasoline releases to the environment and MTBE's solubility in water."

Well, no further testing is needed. It is a pollutant. End of story.

Unfortunately, this will take a bit longer...
