Juniper Supplies Mobile Operators XinHua Economic News 2/28/2002 7:58:00 PM BEIJING, Mar 1, 2002 (Xinhua via COMTEX) -- Juniper Networks, a California-based provider of infrastructures for the New Public Network announced that it has signed a contract with four provincial Chinese mobile operators affiliated with China Mobile. According to the agreement, the company will deliver core, mobile, and edge IP (Internet Protocol) services on the Chinese Mobile-IP Network through its M-series Internet routers. Juniper Networks, working in partnership with Ericsson, makers up 80 percent of the entire China Mobile IP Network. Its M-series routers are helping China Mobile deliver voice and data services.
