Well, I have heard that before. And it may have some validity. And, if the VIX wasn't low, and the BPs weren't high....well, I might go there.

And, I am not sure that 75% of SI is bearish. And even if they are, I am not sure that they are a representative sample of investors. Anybody who is still active on SI after the past two years is probably a little bit smarter than your average investor. I wouldn't say that this was true two years ago.

But, like I suggested, I might be calling the bottom with my level of bearishness, so you may be right.

But would this be a sustainable move here. Or is the Nasdaq just setting itself up for another poop?

Edit: I think we're still a little early for a summer rally but it is possible.
