This old man is contradicting himself...first lowered the rates so people can spend and hold up the economy...then telling them heh you're spending is good but economy won't go if you don't save...WTF is he doing?

Double Dip Recession? It'll be a sure thing if greenspan and company start tinkering with an upward move in interest rates now. They are not that stupid!
