Yeah. Wouldn't be the first time bureaucrats screwed up. Plus they may be required to record meetings.
But if they don't, why the shyness to release the records? There's SOMETHING in there.

That remains to be seen. As I said, in this state that "energy shortage" looked very suspicious.

It looks suspicious enough that the CA Demo governor could find himself jobhunting soon because of it.
