That goes to one of the things that Greenie brought up yesterday. That is that the people who lost money in the past couple of years were in the higher income brackets. That middle income folks have most of their assets tied up in their homes and therefore were not hit as hard.

So.....what happens when the value of homes starts to decrease?

Agreed. I only posted it because its a topic Peel has been concerned about. I'm sure there will be areas and high priced homes that will get hit hard. We seem to do ok in the midwest but California, Texas and many states out east always seem to take it on the chin.
