I was recently in Mexico City on business and took a cab to a meeting. At the 1st intersection, the cabbie ran a red light. I asked him if he always runs red lights! He told me "no problem senor, my brother Jose always runs red lights" Same at 2nd intersection. Again he tells me "no problem senor, "my brother Jose always runs red lights" At the 3rd intersection, the light is green and he STOPS! I asked why he stopped for a green light. He replies "my brother Jose, he might be coming!"
