Why on earth would you bring up trade agreements to a discussion of free trade? When the government gets involved, trade isn't free.

When you talk about winners and losers being "concealed" you are not talking about free trade.

Free trade means that a willing buyer pays the price asked by a willing seller without government involvement. No incentives, no subsidies, no disincentives, no tariffs.

The people not involved in the transaction are not involved in the transaction, period.
