So you are not really changing your outlook on these good economic numbers are you?

I am not. I don't really buy that manufacturing index (NAPM or ISM). With such a strong dollar, looking for ISM to drop below 50 next month.

This market is going down...I mean the Nasdaq; undecided about the Dow and wonder if divergence can remain for a while. At best Dow might stay flat around the 9800 to 10000 levels...but the Nasdaq is a totally different story.

One big difference. Not every stock is a bubble any more in terms of P/S. What matters now is P/S. And in terms of P/S we've come down from when we were at 5000 by more than a factor 10. And no, we are not going to the moon by any means, but as I said before there is support now on the downside as long as good economic news keep coming.
