For Those Of Us Getting On in Years (And Weight) I thought I would let you, my friends, in on a little secret I've found for building my arm and shoulder muscles.
You might wish to adopt this regimen - 3 days a week works well.

I start by standing outside behind the house and, with a 5 pound potato sack in each hand, extend my arms straight out to my sides and hold them there as long as I can.
After a few weeks I moved up to 10 pound potato sacks,
then 50 pound potato sacks and finally I got to where I could lift a 100 pound potato sack in each hand
and hold my arms straight out for more than a full minute!!

Next, I started putting a few potatoes in the sacks, but I would caution you ---
not to overdo it at this level.

Do you know why there are so many people named Lee? Remember Henry Lee, that foremost DNA expert who was the defense main expert witness on OJ Simpson's blood found on the Bronco? His statement "Sam Ting Wong with this analysis" was one of the main reasons the jury acquitted OJ.

Henry Lee is Chinese. He even said that he could not distinguish one white guy from another because they all look alike. Nevertheless Lee is a powerful guy from Connecticut.

Since history began, the Chinese always believed in the significance of one's name. It is believed that the name of a person strongly influences one's destiny and fate.

For example:

The name LEE (Li) is associated with Power and Success. Witness the names of Lee Kuan Yu (former Prime Minister of Singapore), Lee Teng Hui (Taiwanese president), Li Peng (China's ex PM), Li Ka Shing (HK tycoon).

Since way back when, Americans have learned from the Chinese about the importance of a name. The name LEE has been adopted by many people such that there are so many Caucasians that are named LEE. For example, a southern general during the Civil War was Robert E. LEE, and he definitely was not Chinese.

As noted before, the name LEE symbolizes power and success. Therefore, you have names like LEE Iacocca, LEE van Cliff, the actor, Brenda LEE, the singer, LEE Merriweather, the actress and many other American LEES. There is even jeans named Lee.

Some people even go beyond the name Lee to ensure power and riches. Witness the name LEE IACOCCA. From day one, his father wanted Lee to assume control of a big car company. Lee should not be satisfied with just the originator of Ford Mustang in 1964. Therefore came the name of Iacocca which stands for "I AM CHAIRMAN OF CHRYSLER CORPORATION - AMERICA".

He is not the only one destined to achieve a personal mission. The elder BUSH (George H W Bush) had a mission since he was born: "BEAT UP SADDAM HUSSEIN".

And don't forget that it is in the cards for CLINTON: "CALL LEWINKY, I NEED THE ORAL NOW".

On the other hand you can have a bad mistake in naming your child: OSAMA means: "OH SHIT AMERICAN MISSILES AGAIN".

The moral of the story: make sure you don't a baby a bad name, like naming a boy SUE.

P.S. Can you find other names to support Chinese tradition?
