What fallacy?

The teleologic argument is flawed in assuming there is a higher Intelligence behind the design. The Universe is determined by random events and it might appear there is order only because we live in a particular subset which is conducive to life?

Of what value is intelligence in the evolution of life? Explain this to me. Viruses, bacterias, insects, and plants have thrived without intelligence.
