Speculation and conjecture. Where are the facts? Try this.

It's a link to Northwood based 1.6GHz Pentium 4 CPUs (Toshiba would definitely not be using Willamette, because of obvious power concerns). The first one is set at $139, but these are grey market prices. OEMs often pay more because Direct pricing is greater than grey market pricing. I'd say Toshiba is probably paying $160 per CPU from Direct Sales.
