So you think the bouncing ball screensaver shown at the No Tell Motel is high tech.

Maybe next time AMDron can get that poor little thing to play pong. Now that would be a major technology advance.

Bill, Re: "What Ali says is very true, Intel should not take old tech and try and make it look like fresh new stuff. The funny thing being that these are developers and they can see through the dog and pony show as well as Ali and everyone else(but you)
So this means that when Intel does this the vast majority of their audience is not fooled at all and sees this as lame tech. It gives the impression that it is all new to Intel and makes you wonder."

In that case, you have nothing to worry about. The developers will have left the show with a bitter taste in their mouth, and probably not return in the Fall. According to you, Intel is already losing their influence on the industry, so why should those developers pretend to be interested? On your advice, I should expect that any moment now, support for Intel systems will suddenly dwindle - a little at first, but then will come a downpour as more developers realize that it's ok to get off the bandwagon. I suppose they will all flock to Hammer for development, since that is the only *real* technology. So when can I expect this to happen, eh, Bill? Can I bookmark your post and show it to you in six months, so we can see the progress on Intel's downfall, and AMD's rise to the stars? Eh, Bill?
