Now wait a second, he was Texas' governor. He led the nation in executions. I think he was thrown into the presidential arena because of his allegiance to big business perhaps and complete disdain for the populace.

From what I've read he spent very little time working. Meetings would run for 15 or 20 minutes.
There were long lunch breaks and W spent much time working out on weights and playing
computer games in the afternoon.

Even as President, he never looks particularly tired, does he?
