I only mean massive currency devaluations over there, that would be all it takes I think.

has there ever been so much vested interest worldwide in the commodities of denial and ignorance? It still surprises me how people are so willing to play within the bounds all these catch 22's allow, trying to game it I guess, when you would think that just seing the situation for what it is would make the risk of being on the eventual losing side worth staying away for all participants. (for example, politicians making the decisions you describe should assume that someone seeing them follow this convoluted logic would not ever elect them to even collect garbage, and yet they do it with impunity)
