maybe I should keep a more open mind and see how this plays out.

Well, don't be too hard on yourself.. :0)

What really caught my attention was that it was reported that they had been seen "dancing" and shouting, while filming the attack on the WTC. It was indicative that they may have had some foreknowledge that it would occur, while the speculation could only be that they were "happy" since it would obviously put the US even more in Israel's court.

And the fact that those gentlemen were held for some 75, including approx 40 days in solitary, provides further suspicion that they were more than innocent bystanders watching events unfold.

And finally, when they were finally released and deported back to Israel, they were not interviewed by the public news media (so far as I know) and just quietly "disappeared" back to whatever their previous lives were.

I suspect they were part of Israeli military intelligence. And the fact that these other Israelis were apparently so concentrated in Florida, including the same town that Atta and his associates were based out of, only substantiates the belief that Israel knew who they were, but did not share that information with the US.

And if they knew who they were, they may very well have known what they were up to by virture of likely having bugged their homes and apartments.

But I have a feeling that we'll never quite see sufficient evidence present itself to confirm my suspicions.

Just too politically hot. However, it certainly provides a nifty "Sword of Damocles" to hang over Israel's head in order to prevent their getting too far out of line.

One can only imagine how damaging it would be for the US to claim that Israel knew about the attacks, were tracking the perpetrators, yet failed to inform their American "allies".

Talk about "blowback".. :0)
