Allan, I think we're seeing a ramp of the Nikkei for the mark to market, and although it is a powerful rally to date, the underlying fundamentals may not be strong enough to sustain it past mid-April. Fundamentals should be terrible if it's a bottom. If they were not, it would not represent a buying opportunity. This is central to Elliott and bottoms in general. I do not believe the Dow can do a major re-trace alone without the other indices. I hear ya, but it did a helluva run recently without tech. Wednesday before options expiration I don't understand. No options expire this Friday.
