THks Claude, I thinking much the same as you a little low but with the new Company with a bunch of money in the bank , and maybe we can do it all over again, with the new Explore shares.

Thanks, Claude, for your comments. And thank you for getting me into this one through your Ormetal Report!

You said "I felt GLG was a bit expensive at $7.63, this merger makes it cheap again." Question: Glamis gets some ownership of some valuable property, but they are diluting down by issuing 20% more shares. comments on net effect of this?

The Glamis thread is dead. Maybe one of you regular posters shold go over there and post the news.

Claude, will the Explore company have the $25 million and the same people running it who run FGX? And they have ownership of all the prospects they were looking at, where they haven't drilled? It sure seems like to me to take the shares offered and hold on for more gain later? I assume Explore would use the same tactic (which I loved) of using the interest off of the $25M to do there exploration with? No dilution! I have been killed by extreme dilution at other companies.

Again, thanks Claude. Your conservative approach to things has paid off for me!
Gerald

<<Wayne... you are slowly getting rich>>

Thanks CC. Nobody, especially me, can say you do not keep your promises! Very good news and frankly I was beginning to wonder if it would ever happen!!

You will notice I have refrained from useing the post about getting rich....don't want to jinx this, but you, Howy and others who were around in the CIS days know what I am talking about. It has been a long road and the good news is it is just starting. This is the first of a string of positive PR's on various jr. stocks that you, and Russ, have been recommending to us hard heads, JMO. Thanks for holding my hand all these years and "scaring" me into FGX!! LOL!

If M. Veit is reading this: "I am NOT accumulating on the run up"!<grin>

Could BAY be next? <GGGGG>

SALUTE!

Wayne

Claude, the price of ExploreCo depends on the number of shares. How do you arrive at $2/share if we do not know the number of shares? thanks,
