I'm not dictating to the President, nor am I saying he was willingly involved with any impropriety. Nonetheless, he and Cheney are going to great lengths to avoid disclosing discussions they had with ene. Let's leave it at that, it was all wholesome good talking. You've convinced me and I dispel the notion that ene acted in any self-interested manner to formulate a national policy. Perhaps, there's a plum government job related to energy waiting for Lay when all this is over. He's got the credentials, what with a bangup energy policy he helped create.
