What an incredible experience that must have been! How often did you leave during your 5 year tour? And would you choose that experience again?

I didn't realize the North Slope had that much wildlife, thanks for the eye opener. But isn't the little patch of frozen desert where they are proposing to drill rather nondescript and devoid of any animal habitat?
