Simon will run circles around Grayout Davis....his leadership and experience in the real world will be evident in every debate....the question is how stupid are the CA voters?....when you look at the folks they have elected it is evident they are dumb. (boxer, feinstein, waters, etc)

Hope Davis is as over-confident as you are. Davis has a big war chest and will probably have to spend it all, just like he manages to spend the windfall tax receipts and then a little bit more.

One thing Simon proved was that the Republican Party was not going to back a RINO. Riordan's fortunes sunk like a rock when he turned his back on conservatism.

Simon may have missed voting but he didn't mismanage the finances of the State either. Which affected the average citizen the most? Reagan hadn't held public office before becoming governor, neither did Bush.
