I do not think we have left the trading range yet. There will be money to be made again on the short side of the equation and probably soon. The SOX has been trying its best to breakout but if things go as I expect (technical chart read) we will be pulling back further first. I am an optimist by nature and fully expect that longer term these stocks will trade much higher. No I am not short ESST. Happy to hear your stocks are doing so well!

Hello Crossy,

I, too, landed in MKSI from a position in ASTX. And I wasn't very pleased at the time with the buy-out ratio we received when we got our new shares. As a result, I don't know as much about MKSI as I do about my other holdings.

However, MKSI has held up very well and performed strongly in this recent run-up. I've got to do some more reading on it, but the company appears on top of things. After all, management got our ASTX for a steal, so they must be good for something. I think they just got an upgrade or initiation somewhere (Soundview?). As for now, I think I'll sit tight with it.

Are you still following TRKN? They shipped an evaluation unit and were upgraded by several boutique firms, if I am not mistaken. Not sure the glory years are back but company is looking strong and almost a 2-bagger for me already.

Best rgds,
Jonathan
