Seeking God, does not cause war. ******************************************************* Whose God??......that's the crux of the matter. Religion was simply the result of privitive man's search for a semblance of security in a terrifying world. The modus operandi of most religions is meditation in the form of prayer because it is calming.....it's not necessary to meditate on a mystical deity though in order to get the positive results. We can meditate on the beauty of nature....children's contagious joy of life....the simplicity of a flower. We would derive the same(even better) tranquilizing effect. The wonderful side effect would be a more peaceful world, since there would be one less dividing factor to contend with between the earth's various civilizations.
