Hi Karen,

I believe you mentioned earlier that pediophilia and rape were more related to control, power and domination rather than sex. And the predatory discussion, so far, has focused upon older male individuals preying upon younger, naive individuals.

But let me present you with a hypothetical situation.

Let's assume a younger, buxom, playboy, Texas blonde bombshell, in her thirties, were able to seduce (or is it prey upon?) an affluent, elderly gentleman, in his nineties, who may be suffering from good judgment and memory lapses (dementia).

Isn't this just another example of the predatory behavior but from the opposite spectrum? So why should one situation involving an older male with a younger victim warrant mandatory incarceration while the other case involving a younger female with an older male potentially deliver millions of dollars for the predator in the same court of law?
