*No economic Recovery* Is there any rush to increase tech stock holdings? If INTC see things flat can the outlook for CPQ/HWP be a whole lot better?

the FORTHCOMING (it's looking pretty sure) STIMULUS PACKAGE (with it's corporate tax breaks which includes computers, etc.) will be a MAJOR boost to tech ... CPQ included If fact, I wouldn't be surprised to find out that companies have been holding back (for the past month or so) their needed buys in anticipation of this. ADD a little more buying because of the credits now
