Murrey: I'm running about 80% in tech stocks (primarily in RSTN, ARBA and BRCD now)...the other 20%+ is a nice cash cushion AND I will not use any margin in market...I do think we are starting to see serious evidence of a recovery kicking in -- the market will respond appropriately and I would not be surprised to see the NAZ power above 2000 in the next few weeks (if not sooner)...=)

Goldman's chief investment strategist Abby Joseph Cohen out with a note Friday morning saying recent economic strength reinforces the belief the Dow can reach 11300 and S&P 500 can rise to 1300 by year-end. If "investor risk tolerance increases," the Dow can head as high as 12400 and S&P 500, to 1425, Cohen says.
