As you have a cloak of anonymity, would you mind disclosing how long you have held these shares and whether you individually were in agreement with this family decision to sell at this time?

PS...probably much easier to trade from the dark side when you are hedged by a long position. Others that follow you might not have had this advantage or "insurance". I just wanted to point this out and was not meaning to be critical of the excellent skills you have shown. :)
