An example of the useless Wall Street ratings is Bank of America's cautious words on ORCL's earnings report tonight.

While keeping their BUY rating, they are lowering revenue estimates. This ("I'll keep stupid BUY rating, but lowering numbers") alone shows that the Bank of America analyst has no guts or just wants to be in the news and confuse his followers.

To make things worse, the same useless analyst had upgraded ORCL as recently as 2/20/2002 from outperform to BUY, when ORCL closed at 15.51. Right now, ORCL is at 13.55.

This is another example of the type of garbage we get from Wall Street analysts.
