Here in the USA there is a presumption of innocence by the law until proven guilty. Yeah, right. ROTFLMAO, not. So, how many detainees do you have in Cuba now? or indeed Afghanistan? Had open trials, have they? had juries? had lawyers? and been proven guilty, have they? Your choice - are you a fool, a liar or a blatant hypocrite? I don't believe they deserve better, myself.
