Dear C: Others may laugh but you pose a very serious potential problem. right now a huge number of people pay NO TAXES at all and nearly ALL the revenue comes from the upper 20%. So, what that means is the majority can press for incredible social programs and not fear having to pay for it. What happens when those who ARE paying for everything finally give it up and say I AINT PAYIN ANYMORE?? Thats why IMHO we need a fair tax method and everyone except those in the direst need should pay SOMETHING. jdn
