I believe the lawsuit addresses a lock out issue . I didn't know that JVM works seamlessly with Windows XP. Does it?

FWIW, I am no fan of MSFT's practices, but I think SUNW(and McSquealey) are pathetic. One of the only technology companies to attempt to gain ground through litigation instead of innovation. Invest in this company at your own risk IMHO.
