Try a unanimous vote, with one absention in each legislative branch. I believe the current Lt. Gov and AG both voted for AB 1890.

A week before the Democratic Convention in Los Angeles, Governor Davis wrote a letter to President Clinton, asking for help.

Thanks Doug,

You've renewed some of my faith that you do see the picture. Just one minor note on how horrible the mess is between the power market corruption racket and the Legislature, you say, "(the)bill passed with very little dissent". Actually, AB 1890 passed unanimously. :)
