I may have to do one of those comparison charts to see what the VIX and VXN were when the high BPs were reached in the past. I use the BPNDX as a leading indicator for the COMP. With the BPs and VIX/VXN at current levels and we are still almost 200pts off the top of the January COMP levels, I am thinking that we are going to set a lower high to go with hour higher low on 2/22.
