Is $VIX broken? It's now at 21.61 and below 8/01 low. I'm going to puke if Nasdaq continue this sort of trend next week.

Boy, ain't that the 1M dollar question. You may be right. This could be just a blow up in non tech. BPs and a lower blow up in tech., the exact opposite of January. I don't know. But along these lines, look at BPNYA:
