I was kind of shocked to read this article about employee unrest at Wal-Mart. As a WMT shareholder I intend to write a letter to Coleman Petersen for clarification, since I don't like to see companies possibly taking advantage of the little guy who's making only $6.50 per hour.
>>Wal-Mart's founder made a pact with employees: He would be fair to them, and they would work hard for him. It was a good deal, but can it survive in the 24-hour service economy?<<
