Lombard now Discover Brokerage provided me BAD service. I have a margin account there. They show buying power and if you use it all and the stocks go down at the end of the day they charge $15 for a letter but it is a random act. I have done this numerous times and paid the fee MANY times. They cant very well explain it. Robert Basa sent me an e-mail saying I have 5 business days to come up with money before this letter will go out with $15 charge. Then another guy (phil) comes up with one reason after another to stall me. Margin dept people think they are gods. Has anyone else run into this?
