Introduction Compact

Datek Securities advertises low commission fees. This is the come on.
They will act as principal and this can be very expensive.
Particulary, if you place orders before the opening of the market
they will often not execute at the opening price but higher.
They may do a crosstransaction acting as principal for their own
account and tell you it was a busy opening. Better described as a
rip-off. At times I believe their profit probably approaches the
legal limit.
