I agree that the stock appears expensive. I have already attributed this to the "Grad and Walker" name. Also, the distribution seems to be tightly held, at least for now. I don't recognize any names on the insider private placement list. I assume they are all from Cow Town?

As for all the acreage being rolled in through Voltorb, Devonsharpe and the farm in(about a 100 sections!), a $4-$5 million financing appears to be inadequate. IF there is a low risk, development aspect to the lands, I would expect additional financing(s) at higher prices, but on a results driven basis.

I own a small amount of Resolution from before the change in management and suffered the roll back. If the price backs off, I will add.
