I am so sorry you feel my conversation with CH on education was proof that we were "friends" even though I told him and EVERYONE else we were not friends (and I felt it was a bit rude of me to do that, actually, but it seemed necessary when everyone seemed to have these amazingly low standards for what constitutes a "friendship"). I did not see that remark as nasty. If you did I can only say it illustrates how difficult it is to accommodate everyone's "feelings" in this medium. And I'm sorry you felt anything was "nasty" or that I was saying you were a liar. I think we all tend to manufacture truths that are not, in fact true, except to us. And I assumed this was one of those cases for you. What else could I think when I had said I was not friends with the man many times? It was very surreal. And now I go to lunch. Goodbye
