It is amazing how for monthes on end everyone is freaking
out on how the Japanese banks are going to get hit when
they have to price their security holdings come end of
March. And lo and behold - an amazing rally materializes
to save the day (again).

It never fails to amaze me that the same ole tricks
can be so effective time and time again.
That old saying " a fool born every minute" must be
more accurate than I first thought.
