Anyone else feel this way? I wish our government would make this be the law. Anyone in Congress reading here?

1) The analyst that cover stocks should have to withhold their brokerages holdings of that stock on a quarterly or even monthly basis.

2) There should also be an agency that keeps track of the analyst ratings and their performance record of when they upgrade and downgrade all stocks they cover.

3) Their own personal holdings should be public knowledge, if they can issue news releases by calling stocks then shouldn't mind the lights being completely on for all of us.

Feel free to beat me to death on the above.

Rob
