Wasn't Richmond a #15 seed when they upset Indiana in the late '80s?

I believe the #11 seed who got to the Final 4 was LSU in '86.

If that was Richmond, then what was the famous Syracuse/Navy/David Robinson/Derrick Coleman upset? It was in the Carrier Dome, if I remember correctly.
