It is factually true. It started long before Clinton was on the national scene. I worked for a company that built wind generators.

Perhaps the Bush Administration hides these things from you, Duray, but everybody else seems to know about them.

Kind of like hiding the "shadow government" from Daschle by only informing all of his assistants and expecting them to tell him.
