Doing the PC analogy, the PC bubble burst in 1985,after hundreds of PC companies emerged around 1984 and had to be consolidated through during a downturn, but the PC market experienced hypergrowth until about 1997. That is about 12 years of hypergrowth from the moment the PC bubble burst. Now things move faster, but the internet bubble burst only in 2000-2001 so there is many years of hypergrowth ahead, to my opinion.
And then Apple computer had a great brand name recoginition then, just like Netsreen and SonicWall have today.
