I don't agree. He drilled one hole at Silvertip that was part of a predetermined grid. That was the best hole ever drilled on the property. It didn't materially increase the grade or the resource. He just wanted to spend some more of the money in the treasury that he thought was his as he was president when the Special warrant was done. The money wasn't his.

I don't know where you got your information on GBU and Rosia Montana from but I doubt that he paid for his trip to Romania or that it was his idea to go. The whole Ecuadorian experience wasn't his idea.

And, he didn't get screwed out of PVO. He got a C$250,000 severance which was 50 times more than he deserved. The Ecuador gold porphryr story was baloney as it was entirely supergene enrichment except for a narrow calcite gold bearing vein. Even the Cannacord analysts didn't figure it out. Questionable but a presentable geologist, I think.

And this ore: Even scared to think about it:More than 20.000$ /tonn? And it is here in Arizona!

SUR AMERICAN GOLD CORP ("SUR-V;SURBF-0") - Further Positive Assay Results From Arizona Properties
Mr. Rennie Blair, President, is very pleased to advise that the Company has received highly encouraging tantalum-lithium-rubidium-caesium assay results from its Lower Jumbo Pegmatite Project which is located in Yavapai County, Arizona, about 1.5 km south of the Company's Outpost Project.

The 9 Lower Jumbo claims cover an area of about 1200 metres by 500 metres and trend in a NE-SW direction. Within the claim block several lithium-bearing pegmatites ranging in width from 10 to 35 metres occur. As is the case with the Outpost Pegmatite complex, only minor mining has taken place in the Lower Jumbo Group-again mainly for feldspar minerals. Two large pegmatites were sampled by the Company during this first pass reconnaissance program and in both cases the results exceeded the expectations of the Company.

Pegmatite No. 1. This pegmatite, occurs in the NW portion of the claim group and can be traced for at least 100 metres in both a NE and SW direction from a prominent hill where limited mining has taken place. Sampling consisted of two line chip samples of 7 metres and 8 metres respectively taken 12 metres apart. The pegmatite is estimated to be at least 25 metres wide. The results of both samples are shown below:

Of particular note are the high rubidium (Rb) values.

Sample No. 1: 7 metres @ 143g/t Ta205, 2068g/t Rb20, 316g/t Cs20, 0.25%Li20

Sample No. 2: 8 metres @ 390g/t Ta205, >4400g/t Rb20, 1177g/t Cs20, 1.08% Li20

The rubidium value of sample No. 2 exceeded the detection method used and is being reassayed. The revised assay will be issued in a future release. All sample preparation and analysis was undertaken by XRAL laboratories of Don Mills, Ontario.

Rubidium is used in "ion engines" in space vehicles, in vacuum tubes, photocells, special optical glasses and , when combined with silver iodide has the highest room temperature conductivity of any known ionic crystal which suggests an application in thin film batteries. Whilst the domestic market for both rubidium and caesium is relatively small the very high grades obtained and the high prices (for a 100 gram parcel) of about $US10 per gram for both rubidium and caesium are considered highly encouraging. All USA consumption of these metals is currently imported.

Pegmatite No. 2. This pegmatite occurs in the NE part of the claim group and is called the Lower Jumbo Mine. In the early 1950's as previously reported by the Company it was considered by the US Geological Survey as a future source of lithium and was core drilled by them in order to define the shape of the body in three dimensions. The drilling was successful and demonstrated that the body was widening to depth. Where exposed in the old workings the main spodumene-rich (lithium) body is about 19 metres wide and contains on average about 9% spodumene.(fresh, unaltered spodumene contains about 7% Li20.) It is concentrated however near the large quartz-rich core and forms about 20% of the rock in this area which is about 7 metres thick. This section was channel sampled and the analysis exceeded expectations and gave the following result:

7 metres@4.04% Li20 and 97g/t Ta205.

The Company is attempting to locate the old drill records and if successful will begin an initial scoping study to develop some initial mine plans.

SUMMARY

The Company is very encouraged by these initial results and also the results from the nearby Outpost Project announced earlier this week. Sur American Gold Corporation is a junior exploration Company which trades on the Canadian Venture Exchange with the symbol "SUR". TEL: (604) 904-8956 J.
