How much was your cut of the last class action lawsuit filed on your behalf?

1. I am not a lawyer.
2. To date, I have not been a plaintiff in a class action filed in court, though I intend to be involved in one involving massive fraud in the very near future.

There are surely abuses in the field of class action law; however, this so-called "reform" would essentially eliminate all state laws which protect consumers and stockholders. If this isn't the greatest Federal power-grab in 100 years I don't know what is.

Yes, this is a great idea. Class action lawsuits have become a racket and a serious threat to productivity.
