>>Amazon's Japanese site draws 800,000
Amazon.com Inc.'s Japanese-language Web site attracted 800,000 customers in its first 17 months of operation, extending the largest Internet retailer's push into the country's online book market.

Japan is among five operating areas for Seattle-based Amazon. Of the five -- the others are the United States, the United Kingdom, France and Germany -- Japan is the fastest-growing outside the United States, Diego Piancentini, senior vice president of worldwide retail and marketing for Amazon, said.

"The penetration of e-commerce is growing faster in Japan than any other segment" of business, Piancentini said. "I see signals of e-commerce in Japan exploding."

Globally, Amazon has served 40 million customers, 27 million of which are active users. An active user is someone who has made a purchase from an Amazon Web site in the past 12 months.<<

Billy Harmonds buddy KIS is still out there. KIS must have done something right...otherwise he wouldn't be a survivor.
>>And as you know, if everybody tries to do something, the system finds a way to fuck everybody. IE- the stocks don't move.
