Here is something to ponder. If Anderson get indicted Thursday will they file bankruptcy and avoid the lawsuits. The partners may be pulling a Enron the last 6 months with the cash on hand (my opinion only). Big 6 accounting firms will not buy Anderson since the clients will fall into their laps anyhow. I am thinking current clients are wondering how this will effect stockholders wealth.

The crows are ominous but it is at least 80/20 that they will be shrugged off within two weeks, from my experience. The problem is that when they aren't shrugged off, it portends a meltdown.

It is even more sure that if you get three black crows out of four days, that there will be an immediate bounce. Thats not what happened though.

Frankly, the thing I am most concerned about is along these lines and it is leadership. I do think we go higher in tech land and the only way it's going to happen imo, is if we get it from a sector other than the semi's or networkers. My instincts are telling me that it is going to be cellular. I am wondering if Qcom is going to go one of its insane burts. full disclosure: I haven't even looked at the ta, and first bot qcom at what is now under 10. I am not impartial.

Keep in mind this is all short term talk. I can easily see the nasdaq below here in fall.
