piece does suggest, however, they are doing a slightly better pr job than all the color coding nonsense suggests. funny--after reading that piece I finally understood why they were doing the color coding thing, and why it was a good idea, and how stupid the press coverage of it has been. The key isn't the colors, it's the specification of incrementally different actions associated with each level that they're trying to work out. Sort of like the old "DefCon" idea for nuclear readiness. tb@boom.com
