I am so glad you asked.

And I use Weight Watcher's Butter Spray.
I know the real problem is the things like the roll of Girl Scout chocolate mint cookies I ate last night watching basketball.
But it's such a demanding sport. Surely I worked off those calories.

What is "hincty", please?

I hope Neo knows the derivation and proper spelling of this. I used what I think is the same word, only I spelled in "hinky" in an email to a friend just last week and he questioned me on it. The context was that the radiologist had found something hinky on my mammogram. (Don't fret; everything's cool.) I couldn't find it in the dictionary.
